		We will make a valid attempt to give emergency service to all customers, especially in situations where loss of life or suffering would result if the problem was not corrected.
		Normal breakdown situations are those where priority is given to our existing customers.
		Highest priority will be to customers that have a Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) with us. This is in recognition of the trust and confidence both parties place in the PMP.
		Weather in Alaska may preclude our ability to get to more distant location. We will make every effort to get to your emergency destination as soon as possible.
		Depending on the PMP, overtime costs may be charged at a higher rate.
